Robert Wagner

Advisor

Robert and Chris have previously partnered on 89 multifamily units in the Portland market. Robert has 50 years of investing experience in the Portland market with a heavy focus in the NW Portland market. With his eye for trends and markets, he was investing in the NW Portland market before the area became the very desirable area that it is.

Robert comes from a family of real estate investors with his grandfather, Ezra Isiah Nixon, a 1920s developer in multifamily and the founder of what is now known as the Oregon Rental Housing Association. If you are ever walking around the Portland State University building, East Hall used to be called The Nixon before it was sold and re-named East Hall. A great example of multifamily for generational wealth!

Chris Freeman

Managing Partner

Chris and his team have been investing and operating multifamily investments for the last 20 years. Currently, they are managing 110 doors and growing every year. With a conservative approach, the team has focused exclusively on Class C properties where there has been prior management problems, deferred maintenance, and unhappy tenants.

While keeping in mind that the tenants are the customer, Chris and his team have repositioned all the properties by being responsive to the tenants while improving the financial performance of the asset. The end result has been returns for the investors.
